What's Included

Hegewisch Stables Full Training program offers a balanced approach, combining rider lessons with professional horse training, tailored to meet each rider's unique goals.

Full training includes daily care such as grooming, lunging, turnout, tacking, untacking, feeding, and coordinating veterinary and shoeing appointments, ensuring both horse and rider thrive.

We provide full-service show management, including entries, hauling, and all logistics, so you can enjoy a smooth and successful competition experience.

Do I need to be an advanced rider to join training?

Not necessarily. You should have baseline riding experience and a clear commitment level. Final fit is determined through evaluation and placement.

Can new students move into training from lessons?

Yes. Many riders begin in lessons and transition into training once they demonstrate readiness and consistent attendance.

Is training the same as private lessons?

Private lessons can be one part of development, but training is a broader program with structure, progression standards, and performance goals.
